Melissa is a Certified Residential Appraiser in Nebraska. She joined the firm in 2006, as processor for R. Gregg Mitchell. In 2011, she became an Appraiser Trainee and obtained her Nebraska Certified Residential Appraiser credential in 2015. Her primary areas of practice are single-family and multi-family residential properties and condominiums.

Melissa is a member of the National Association of REALTORS, the Nebraska REALTORS Association, the Omaha Area Board of REALTORS, and the Great Plains Multiple Listing Service.
