Bruce Wilkie

Bruce is a Certified Residential Appraiser in Nebraska and Iowa, and a managing partner with the firm. He is a graduate from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a specialization in Real Estate and Land Use Economics. Bruce started his real estate career in 1976, as a licensed salesman. In 1984, Bruce obtained his Nebraska Appraisers License, and joined Mitchell & Associates in 1994 as a residential real estate appraiser. His primary focus is on residential, relocation, and small income property appraising and consulting. He has served as an expert witness in numerous court cases.

Bruce is a member of the National Association of REALTORS, the Nebraska REALTORS Association, the Omaha Area Board of REALTORS, and the Great Plains Multiple Listing Service. Bruce is on the FHA panel of approved real estate appraisers.
