Beth is a Certified Residential Appraiser in Nebraska and Iowa, and a managing partner with the firm. Beth joined the firm in 1990, and has served with both the commercial and residential departments. Her experience ranges from multi-family and single family appraisals to raw land, industrial, office, motels, subdivision analysis, and feasibility studies.

Beth is a member of the National Association of REALTORS, the Nebraska REALTORS Association, the Omaha Area Board of REALTORS, and the Great Plains Multiple Listing Service. Beth is on the FHA panel of approved real estate appraisers.
